December 21 A CHRISTMAS THOUGHT X Christmas is a time for love; a time for joy and peace;
A time to trim the xmas tree and a time to stuff the geese.
It's a time when we come together, however far or near;
To shed a little hope into a world of sorrow and fear.
Yet Christmas could be all year round, if only we would try
To gently wipe an old man's brow or soothe a babys cry.
If we could smile throughout the year as we do on Christmas day
Just think what happiness we'd shed along lifes weary way.
  To give a gift of Hope to one who otherwise has none;
To be a friend to somebody whom everyone else has shun.
To be Forgiving of our faults, and of our sisters and brothers;
To live in Peace and Harmony with ourselves and with each other.
  Ah, don't you see that Christmas is more than opening up the gifts;
It's more than singing Christmas Carols and rolling in big snow drifts.
It's a feeling that can stay with you throughout each day, all year;
And all it takes is a LOVING HEART....and a sensitive little tear...

  December 03 SNOWTIME (GIGGLE) !!! Well good morning peeps.
What has your weather been like these last
few days??
We've had SNOW SNOW SNOW!!
 I must admit its lovely to see through the window,
When you are sat infront of a warm cosy fire.
But i do get nervous when we are out in the car in snow.
My husband just laughs at me , but i'm not happy on
roads when there is snow .
 Are you all ready for xmas??
I've not written a card , no tree up,
no presents bought. Not like me at all peeps.
Could do with someone coming round and sorting
it all for me. Being ill has really nocked the stuffing out of me.
Must make the effort by the end of the week.
  And now that they have messed about with our spaces
peep's i think i'll just hiberate over xmas !!
