    Just want to say a BIG HUGE
    THANKYOU!!
    For sticking with me a whole year with
    all the things that have gone on since i first was
    on that ventilator in I.C.U.
    You all mean the world to me and you
    are so special to me.
    I am also really pleased to say i have done
    1 YEAR WITHOUT CIGERETTES!!!
    YEAHHHHHH!!!
    And you have kept me going all the way.

MY FIRST ATTEMPT LASTED 7 DAYS THEN THIS NEW ATTEMPT LASTED 21 DAYS BUT WITH STRESS I STARTED AGAIN HOPING THE THIRD TIME WILL BE THE CHARM PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU DID IT OK.     Hope you are doing well. It's been a while since I have been around, and I wanted to catch up. unfortunately it's been hectic, and a shortage of computers in my house, has us all running to see who gets it first most of the time.
    But i was awake bright and early this Saturday morning and thought why not peek it at my most favourite spaces this morning, while every one else is asleep. Congratulations..one year no smoking !.. that is terrific...it is not an easy thing to do. Way to go!
